Skinny on Fats

A clinical nutritionist in the Auburn Citizen gave an overview of the different types of dietary fats and recommends that people consume mainly unsaturated fats from seafood and plant sources like canola oil. Of course, saturated fat should be kept to a minimum and trans fat should be eliminated, she said.
