Canola Oil Now in Mediterranean Diet

Reader’s Digest Canada reports that several studies have shown Mediterranean diets high in monounsaturated fat and low in saturated fat promote heart health. The magazine recommends one to three servings a day of canola oil, olive oil and nuts to incorporate healthy fats into the diet.
