De hecho, la Administraci\u00f3n de Alimentos y Medicamentos de Estados Unidos autoriz\u00f3 un <a href=\"https:\/\/wayback.archive-it.org\/7993\/20171114183734\/https:\/www.fda.gov\/Food\/IngredientsPackagingLabeling\/LabelingNutrition\/ucm072958.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"tooltip\">aviso calificado de salud <span class=\"tooltip-text\"><em>*Evidencia limitada y no concluyente sugiere que consumir aproximadamente una cucharada y media (19 gramos) de aceite de canola al d\u00eda puede reducir el riesgo de enfermedad coronaria debido al contenido de grasa insaturada del aceite de canola. Para lograr este posible beneficio, el aceite de canola debe reemplazar una cantidad similar de grasa saturada y no aumenta el n\u00famero total de calor\u00edas que consume en un d\u00eda<\/em><\/span><\/a> para el aceite de canola, por su potencial para reducir el riesgo de cardiopat\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Bastar\u00e1 con sustituir 1\u00bd cucharada por d\u00eda de aceite de canola por la misma cantidad de grasas saturadas.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_code _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243;
