Procesa hasta que la mezcla quede la consistencia de una crema para untar. No quedar\u00e1 completamente suave. Coloca unas pocas rebanadas del pimiento morr\u00f3n a aproximadamente 1.25 cm de la punta de la rebanada de zucchini, junto con unas pocas hojas de ar\u00fagula y una hoja peque\u00f1a o mitad de una hoja grande de albahaca. Enr\u00f3llalo e inserta un palillo para sujetar el rollito. Repite con el resto de las rebanadas de zucchini. Sirve inmediatamente o gu\u00e1rdalos en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico en el refrigerador por hasta un d\u00eda.
