A Better Biscuit

In an article about healthier Southern favorites, Food and Nutrition magazine includes a recipe for buttermilk biscuits from registered dietitian Sarah-Jane Bedwell, a Nashville native and CanolaInfo spokesperson. Bedwell swaps in canola oil for butter to reduce saturated fat content and create a tender crumb. Time for some Tennessee temptations, y’all!
