Recipe for Heart Health

In honor of February being Heart Month, ABC-TV’s "Good Morning America" online released four simple steps to improve heart health. Consuming monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats found in sources like canola oil is one of the tips. Lowering sodium intake and cooking at home were also among the suggestions.
