Make Friends with Fat

Repeat after the Reporter-Herald (Loveland, Colo.): Not all fats are bad! In fact, consuming good fats is necessary for everyday health. Consumers should replace sources of saturated fat with those containing monounsaturated fat, found in canola oil. Healthy amounts of this fat have been shown to reduce belly fat, cholesterol levels and risk for heart disease and stroke.
